This list does not include student instruments produced under the "Elkhart" label.

The first Buescher instruments were produced in 1888. By 1903, serial numbers had reached approx. 4000.
At this time there was a fire at the plant which destroyed all files. A new building opened in 1905 and serial numbers were then started at 5000.
